For the expansion of the WRA Business & Real Estate office, the concept focused on creating a versatile and inviting environment. The design combines sophistication with functionality, ensuring a comfortable and modern experience for clients and staff.
Soft, neutral tones dominate the space, complemented by warm wood accents and strategically placed greenery to introduce a natural touch. The spacious lounge area features contemporary furniture with organic shapes, creating a relaxed atmosphere for casual meetings or waiting areas. Large windows maximize natural light, enhancing the airy and open feel.
Details like the illuminated branding wall and subtle gold accents throughout add a layer of elegance, reflecting the company’s professionalism. Functional spaces, such as individual work pods and a coffee bar, cater to the needs of both employees and visitors, emphasizing productivity and hospitality.
